Hi,

I'm having trouble configuring port forwarding on this router, is there a more advanced configuration page that I'm missing?

Thanks,

Rob.

Hi

There are details of setting up port forwarding on our help and support site, if your router homepage doesn't look the same as this step by step you may have the new firmware on the router. With the new firmware you would need to:

  1. Open a web browser and go to http://home.
  2. Click on the Settings tab at the top of the page.
  3. Go to Firewall and then to Allow Applications, Pinholes and DMZ Mode
  4. From here the setup should be very similar to that on the Help and Support for the old firmware.

When you click on save it will ask for your password, this is your router password and not your connection password, if you cannot remember this click 'forgot password' and then 'forgot password again'. You can then go through the steps to reset your router password.

I hope this helps

Kind Regards

Fiona

If I follow the instructions to reset the password to enter the control panel, will this also delete the connection username and password?
