I am trying to replace my old home hub with a new BT business hub, but cannot connect to the internet, when entering set up I am asked for a system password, where would I find this?

The password is the serial number of the unit and is 12 digits long:

The first two are the week of manufacture followed by the year then 8 serial digits - so it will look something like:

261119012345   or   331019067890   you will almost certainly have 10 or 11 in the positions shown in bold.

Is this also available at the back of the router? Like all usual routers with the user and pass print on a sticker at the back?
