instllation of a phycial line from house to pole

This is a total joke - the line is not in place but the job's been closed by BT and i now need to report it as a fault. how can i report a fault when the physical line isn't even there!!!! the connection's there waiting for the line. not only that i tried to get through to the help desk spent 39 minutes on the phone spoke to 3 people and the third hung up. 

 

what a total joke this company is. wish i could run my company the same way and send bills out charging for services that aren't even connected.

I am really sorry to read that you are experiencing issues with your Business line installation. If you can private mail me the telephone number or order information i can have a look at the order or fault to see what is happening.

I have not had any response from you so i can only assume that you managed to contact the correct team and get this issue resolved. I will close the thread, i'm sorry for the problems you experienced getting this looked into.
