Heh there 

can someone help please?

my email does not want to consistently send when I am away in hotels for example

I am using a Macbook Pro, with Office suite for Mac ie Microsoft Outlook and it is doing my head in - can someone please advise as to how I get greater confidence in this system or find an alternative if not? "Thanks"

I have also signed up for £4.65 per month bor business email 12 Gb of whatever it is - how can this assist? Microsoft 365?

Whats happening when you try and send, do you get an error does the mail just "DisAppear"

That will definitely suck big time. Especially when you are about to send a long written email and it suddenly disappeared and can't be found even on drafts.
