I'm trying to set up separate mailboxes for 3 different IDs as described in,
http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/
However, the 'Email' display in 'Manage Services' shown in that link isn't the same as I get.
The only options I have are,
a button labeled "Email summary",
a piece of text, (not a link), "Review and manage your email accounts here.",
and a link, "Add new email user"
i.e. I've no option to 'Manage email aliases' nor anything to do with mail boxes.
The three addresses have been created via "Add new email user" but all the mail goes to
the default mailbox.
Any help appreciated.

Hi Fingerprint,
basically your on the new Microsoft Office365 Product BT are Migrating to,
You don't create Aliases any more you create Domain mailboxes,
So if you click add new user you should have the opton to create domain mailboxes, if not i would suggest contacting support to check that everything iis ok with the domain linking to your account,
Thanks
Plumly
