Cost Of New Features?

I see that the new features have gone live on hosted voip, could someone let me know how much they are and how to add them to my account? Can't seem to get through to anyone helpful at BT....

The music on hold and Auto attendant are included in the price.

 

Advanced attendant are charged at £15pm
