The voicemail on one of our extensions won't work, I have assigned it via system programming and it has worked in the past, however the extension just rings and rings and doesn't go to voicemail. Does anybody know what this could be? Thanks in advance.

For an ext to kick into voicemail you firstly need to call fwd that ext to the voicemail. The usual setting is to leave busy or no answer to voicemail set all the time on the phone.
