I have had the misfortune of having to deal with BT today in getting my phone and broadband moved to a new office, this was ordered over a month ago and the survey (i was assured) was carried out a couple of weeks ago.
Engineer turns up and informs us a survey will have to be carried out and leaves, staying a grand total of one minute.
After numerous phone calls I have been told to sit back and wait for a call from the survey team and they'll let me know when they can come out, the blindingley obvious fact this should have been done and our company not being able to trade seem to be lost on the bored voices at the end of the phone.
Complain I hear you cry, alas I have tried, using a link from this very forum I spent 5mins talking to a machine trying to explain my complaint, I gave up.
So my question is a broad can anybody point me in the right direction?
