Website hosting & domains

Hi

 i have a domain name with www.123-reg but BT are hosting my site. when i type www.***mysite.com i go to outlook live log in page. if i type http//:***mysite.com then i go to my website.

my advanced DNS settings on 123-reg are

DNS Entry      TYPE      PRIORITY           DESTINATION/TARGET

@                   A                                   209.235.144.9

@                   MX          10                    mydomain-mail.eo.outlook.com

MS79294880   cname                             PS.microsoftonline.com

www               cname                           autodiscover.outlook.com

This may be an issue with your name provider. Check out the one where you registered your site. They wshould be able to make some changes.

Thanks for reply. I have contacted supplier of domain name and changes have been made to the DNS settings. I'll post reply if it resolves the issue.

Basically the problem is there is no

WWW Record which points to the webserver IP 209.235.144.9

you probably want to create two records,

Value           Key        IP

A                ftp          209.235.144.9

A                www       209.235.144.9
