    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Yet again this morning our ISDN32 that services all our voice calls has "no free lines".&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;This is at least the 5/6th time in 2 years that we lost all or part of a day - always cured by a reset at the exchange with no engineer visit required.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;From a customers perspective ringing us to find an unobtainable or engaged tone means that we lose business - quite unacceptable - and I am keen that we get the exchange (central High Wycombe) fault permanantly fixed.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;How do we do something about this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
