      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to get your client to log into the Website Centre and make sure that Frontpage Extensions have not been enabled. Or you can do this yourself if you have access to his account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Find this in the Website Centre under Site Builders &amp;gt; Frontpage Manager &amp;gt; Uninstall (if necessary)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
