Hi dt236,

Please login to the WebsiteOS BT Website. Put in Username (which is your Account number) and password to login. Once there, go "Domain Maintenance" on the left, and on the next page you will see a link that says "Launch Hosting". Click on that to get to WebsiteOS.

Please use Easy Site Wizard or Easy Site Wizard Professional application to build your site. You can publish your newly created website at "build your site" stage of the Easy Site Wizard to the webspace (button "Publish" at the top task bar).

Here is the correct URl to gain FTP access via the browser to the website:FTP Access - this will then prompt you for a username and a password - your domain is your username and the password has been provided to you.

Hope this is of help

Tracey

BT Forum Moderator

Unless you are still using Internet Exporer 6, this link will not work due to modern browsers not supporting FTP in this manner.

You will find it a lot easier to use a proper FTP program such as Filezilla or similar, whixh you can find for free.
