    <description>Type one of your short links into the URL address bar and see if it takes you to the right page.&amp;nbsp; I think, if you want someone to go to a particular page on your site, you can send them the short link rather than the long version, but the full link will still be dispalyed in the address bar.&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>I realised that eshop has a new short link function - which is great but how does it work? All my pages have short links generated, but the long link still shows up when I click on any page in my site. I use my own domain and its driving me crazy! I bet the answer is that it only works in BT shop lite??&amp;nbsp;</description>
