    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the replies. the URL gets redirected to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;http://moonshinetech.com/MoonShinetech_-_Video_Game_and_Tech_News/MoonShinetech_-_Video_Game_and_Tech_News.html&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is because I created the site in iWeb and there seems no possible way to not have the site redirect. This could very well be the cause of the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, I've been trying to set up my first website today so I am new to web hosting. I've encountered a problem where the version of my website not prefaced with www. will work but it won't with the www. Any advice?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sound like the @ none DNS record is configured but not the www record.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to dnsforms.co.uk, submit a general enquiry providing the information in this thread and the appropriate security info and someone on the DNS team will look into this for you.&amp;nbsp; It should only be a matter of changing the records and should complete within 24 hours of being actioned.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
