Easy Chat Live... Help Needed

I have installed... and uninstalled Easy Chat Live on my website www.pazazzweddingsandevents.co.uk several times and I can seem to log in as an agent! I register my details and it all comes up ok, but when i try to log in it asks for a username... which i dont know! i have tried my email address, and company name... but it doesn't work!

Please help

Hi Maria,

Slightly confused. You say you can log in as an agent then you say you can't as it asks you for a user name.

When you set up live chat you need to create an agent account, if you have forgotten the user details just make another one, you can have 5.
