    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use FrontPage to publish my website.&lt;BR /&gt;I have not been able to publish since Friday.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;I get the message:&lt;BR /&gt;"The Server " " timed out" the current request did not complete&lt;BR /&gt;successfully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I contacted bt saturday waited all this time today I got a reply asking for my security colour,&amp;nbsp; Why! I gave them my account number, email&amp;nbsp;e.t.c. no help at all.&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a number for the techs. As soon as they ask for my broadband number and I say I only want information about web site they put the phone down.&lt;BR /&gt;Also I cannot open my control panel my services says server is unavailible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
