Hi,

I've had ongoing problems with BT and have been close to cancelling, though due to excellent UK customer service and refunds of call charges for overseas call's I've stayed and was happy until this next problem.

I've uploaded my new site yesterday (www.wicked-fairy.co.uk)

tested it yesterday and checked it today at work through different browsers to ensure it's still ok.

I've typed in the domain name now I'm home and now the site is down.

Are there currently any problems with servers or BT at the moment I should be aware of.

Thanks

My website seems to have dissapeared off the face of the web aswell! Fingers crossed it is just a temporary issue, BT hosting is really beginning to test my patience with their consistently glitchy platform... Comments please BT would be very welcome at this point with an estimated fix time...

Same here also! Beginning to tire very much of this. No notifications are ever sent and looking for faults via this site seem not to exist.

it's unbelievable considering I'm losing potential customers due to them.

I had problems from the start with BT when I couldn't manage the website.

After two hours of arguing, was told supervisors would be calling me, (of which one girl from india went home and didnt even tell a supervisor I wanted a call), tried calling the technical helpline again, was on hold for 50 mins, tried again whilst on hold on my girlfriends mobile, only to get through to a UK callcentre?!??!??

Was told it was cancelled. Called again the next morning and guess what....it wasn't

After speaking to a Uk customer service rep, I got all my calls refunded (£55 from a mobile for two hours!!!!!)

Unbelievable!
