Hi guys,

i need to make a change to the domains MX record to point away from BT hosted mail servers and point to our Local mail server instead.

I have spoken to support who tell me to fill in a DNS form. However, i'd like to have more control over the change. Ideally, i want to create a secondary MX record with a higher priority value so that when the time is right, I can just adjust the MX priority to redirect the email. Can someone advise if this is possible?

Also, with regards to reverse DNS. How long does this normaly take. Support site says 7 days, thats rediculous, Ideally i would want to submit a change in the morning and have it live by the evening. can anyone help with this?

Kind Regards

Mario De Rosa
