The editing facility, specifically for adding links, is temperamental at best, and not working the rest of the time. The only way i can add a link into the text is to use the "add a link" tag on the bottom tool bar. The little "link" icon in editor doesn't work, nor does swiping the text and trying to make the highlighted text become a link. If I right click over the highlighted words i get a drop down menu that asks for a URL, and bears no resemblance to anything I am familiar with. Editing is bad enough, with the permanent resistance it has to accept new text, as and where I want it, in the font and size I want, and it often duplicates the text which necessitates deleting portions of text over and over again until it stops doing it. I feel that since the new BT website wizard was created, anyone left on the old BT website creator version is neglected, trying to find support is a nightmare, even when you search the actual words, “website creator” you just get a useless page of information telling me how to log in! So BT...where do I send a support ticket to these days???? Better still, is there a phone number that I don't have to pay through the nose to use?
