Getting the results from a form

Hi, I'm totally new to making a website, and have used the EasySiteWizard to make one. I've included a form, using the 'create a web form' tool. It looks great, and goes to the thank-you page when completed and submitted. However.... it e-mails me just an IP address, from www@carrierzone.com....... no sign of the form results, or any obvious way of getting them! I read some of the previous questions about forms, and thought perhaps I need the Formmail - but I've no idea where you're supposed to paste the html lines. I know it says modify the form tag - but what is this?!!! And then paste the block between form tags - again, I don't know what this means!!! Please help - I'm feeling really thick right now!!!
