I wanted to repost so that BT have another chance to accept what could be serious failings and do something about it quickly.

I agree with btuser10. The interface is not just (1) snail slow, (2) full of ads and (3) banners and (4) marketing and (5) other unwarranted and unwanted garbage, leading to 1 above, and possibly (7) the sort of unenjoyable experiences received from other much cheaper and potentially less competent ISP staff.

I have only just transferred 3 domains within the last couple of days, that I had to do the work on (8) A and MX /records etc, since then I have quite literally spent the last couple of days attempting to gain quick and positive access to this site. (9) no such thing.

Is it at all possible that the manage services bit be on it's own without all the other shennanigans or does that seem too reasonable a request. Oh, what about the (10) the mis-selling of php script ability. I did not realise I would have to be a php programmer to get my forms working, despite being informed that this was not an issue since BT had this covered. (11) feeling I might transfer out rather quickly, (10) no penalties please since BT staff have mis-sold the product.

Answers on a post card

I doubt you will get a response from BT Management here.

Which interface are you referring to? I have never seen any of your points 1 to 7 on BT's hosting. I do agree that perhaps some other parts of their website could be faster, but you don't need to use most of it.

Which site are you trying to gain quick and positive access to?

What are you talking about being missold PHP script ability? PHP is supported. Please expand on this as you are not being too clear.

Interface being referred to is "myoffice.bt.com/managed services/" and "myoffice.bt.com/myoffice/".

and I agree most of the rest of it is unrequired which is why these pages ought to be separated.

I receive outdated and non functional alerts. Less than useless graphical chart information on the managed service page taking up resources.

Domain ownership confirmation that does not work. Despite records known to be ok for 3 days now.

A domain that is not showing in the confirmation area though it does show elsewhere.

Another that I cannot get to show with the www. prefix.

Support have reset my login password allowing me to manage DNS when in actual fact had they read the form information supplied they would have realised that full (and I mean full) DNS management capability is required. (I do not feel the need to have any DNS fields locked. This as stated by in telephone call by support is possible.

As for PHP, I called support and was informed php was unavavilable unless I get BT development to author. This was relayed to sales, they seemed to think this information was correct, I am awaiting yet another mail from sales having asked them to quantify this.

Support tickets are not being answered despite the ticket times listed.

The system is slow and has currently taken several minutes to load despite having a 2.5mb connection.

And if you can't feel my pain, so much the better, I would not wish this upon you.
