Can I downgrade from Advanced to lite webhosting?

I purchased advanced web hosting for a website I was building but it didn't have enough functionality for us so we switched to another provider. Can I reduce the remaining term of my webhosting onto the Lite version to save money?

You can downgrade your package to the £5 Starter Pack.

Out of interest, what functionality was missing in the £15 package? We are continually trying to improve our packages so any feedback is most welcome.

How can I downgrade from bt sport to lite I don't watch football! Barbie
