    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to upload a PDF file to my website through the FTP server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have got it into the FTP files however when i try to download it from the website preview it requests my FTP password. this is no use to my customers of course.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do i solve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you could give the URL to the website preview it would be easier to see what is happening.&amp;nbsp; Is the PDF file located in a directory with password protection?&amp;nbsp; It may also be in the coding of the link to your PDF document if it is an "FTP://" link.&amp;nbsp; Just my 2 cents worth&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>
