htc css behavior option

I'm trying to implement a drop down menu using a .htc file in the css behavior tag - it's a straight copy of something I've done on another hosting package so it should work but it doesn't - is there some setting on BT hosting that prevents this from working? The relevant code is:

I would call there tech people and tell them that it worked with another host and they should be able to tell you at least why it does not on there hosting
