My Domain name .co.uk is not showing on my activate for hosting list

I have just purchase .com and .co.uk through BT hosting.

When I'm trying to activate the web domain I want BT to host, I can't see the .co.uk, the only domain that is available for web hosting is .com. But I only want to use .co.uk at the moment.

Phoned BT, they say that there is a technical fault so I won't be able to activate the domain that I want BT to host until they solved the problem. And I ask if they can activate it for me, and they said no. Asked that how long do I need to wait, reply is- not sure...

What can I do now!

I have a simialr problem in that i built .co.uk and .com and want to point .co.uk to .com but .com won;t show and says unable to display page. have had no contact from bt for over a week now and have had nohelp as to why. Hope somoen can help you soon.
