It appears the files are there for both the editor and the live site, you might need to clear your browser cache to see it in the editor or check the menu editor page under "manage pages."

Hope this helps

Spent 3 hours Thursday trying to resolve with BT tech and still resorted to copying html file from ftp back into eazy wizard......had to then apply images and try to restructure page. For reasons unknown to me, tech help & BT the page will not appear in order to edit, ammend , update and is somewhere out there in the ether zone waiting to be returned.

FTP shows uploaded live page but when opening on wizard it still appeared as template page!!!!!!!!!!

Been advised to get out of wizard because of problems which do not make Eazywizard easy at all. Scared to attempt editing anything in case I lose pages

I think we might be missing a key point here. The Easy Site Wizard does not edit the live site directly, it actually edits a specially coded copy stored in the private folder. If you want to restore the live page, and support has already tried a restore with no success, you can attempt to copy the site code directly into the HTML editor on Easy Site Wizard pro or, if we are working with regular Easy Site Wizard, paste the contents directly into the editor. So in short you cannot upload editable contents via FTP with Easy Site Wizard but you can paste it into the HTML editor or directly into the editor page if you are not using the Pro version. Hope this helps.
