Help neede for a newbie

Sorry if this one is too easy to answer!!

I have just registered a domain name for my wife's small cleaning company, and wish to set up a web page.It only needs to be one page, but may add in the future.How do I go about setting this page up?I have paid just under £20 for 2 yrs domain with bt, and need the email address with the domain at the end that is included.Will setting up a web page at this domain address have to cost more?

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I set up a website about 12 yrs ago(at geocities i think it was) and it was all completely free(no domain name though)
