2nd domain hosting

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me with this problem.

I have an existing website hosted by BT using BT Advanced webhosting. I now want to set up a new online business totally unrelated to my existing business so obviously I needed a new domain. Unfortunately instead of first looking at the packages for eshop, I went straight ahead and bought my new domain through BT and now I want to sort out hosting for my new domain with eshop. My new domain is showing as "items purchased" and I have received an email confirming the new domain but I still can't see how to set up hosting for this new domain.

Sorry, I know this goes on a bit but I just can't see where I should be going with this!

Hi Pete,

You have done this correctly.

All you need to do if you want to proceed and use our eshop product is to:

1. Log into your account at :- http://myoffice.bt.com

2. Click on Manage Services

3. Go to the Products Purchased section on the Manage Services page and click on the link: View full product details and upgrade options

4. On the next page, please scroll down to find this section which says Business Essentials and click on the

Upgrade to internet business pack link on that page.
5. This opens the ordering systems and ensures that the new eshop product will be attached to your account (rather than generate a new one).

6. Click on "I want to order a new online business tool", scroll down the page and then expand the Web Hosting and Selling Online Tab.

7. Order 1 BT eshop and follow the steps.

This can then be activated/attached to your new domain on teh same page that you access your current Advanced Web Hosting.
