Hi Paul,

This may help.

Although im unfamiliar with Web Plus 10 these tools require the same details in order to publish.

For our hosting, the details are as follows:

Host Address: ftp.yourdomain.com (so ftp. followed by your own domain name).

Username: yourdomain.com (just your domain name, no www)

Password: Your FTP password which was set when you activated the web hosting package

It should also have a field for directory in this box please type: /public to direct the files to that folder.

If this does not work for you then there may be another issue which we would need your account details and domain to deal with, so best if you could call the helpdesk.

Please let me know how this works for you.

Thanks

Colin

Hi Guys

Thanks for your help! The problem (I eventually discovered) was that Webplus10 doesnt automatically set up an 'Index' page so the url couldnt point to anything--I just renamed my home page file name as 'Index' and hey presto--It all works--Have a look for yourselves:

www.thorganbybandb.co.uk
