    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Dear Deniseword&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Yes u r correct, the company Authentium &amp;amp; BT joins together and give out the product called BT Internet Security Pack (BT ISecP).&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;There are two problems here&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;1. Keyboard issue ( missing characters )&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;2. ESP System Service Launcher issue&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The first issue seems to be u have a faulty keyboard, there is no link with BT secuity software. Try with a different keyboard if u can. Or if u r keyboard is wireless, may sure there is enough battery&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The second issue can be resolved if u repair the BT ISecP from add/remove programs. U mentioned that "...deleted the Authentium software not realising it was ..." what excatly did u removed from the PC.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;If you reply me excatly what did u removed, may be I can guide you correctly.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
