Setting The Domain Forwarding To Frame

When I try and forward my website using a frame, when i exit and log back on it automatically sets it back to a url. I am trying to set portgifts.co.uk (which i bought from bt) to ukhampers.webs.com

Why does it do this?

I have not seen this issue occur before.

I have checked the domain and changed the setting from URL to FRAME forward.
