Back-up facilities for hosted sites at BT

Could anyone please give me advice on what back-up features are available for BT hosted sites - i.e. backing up the site in case of hacking etc?

In support a site can often be restored from internal backups but your best bet for backups, on both databases and FTP, is to download and store the information periodically onto your own computer.

using ftp is not good advice to people wanting not to get hacked. use sftp (ssh) or ftps (ssl) with encryption.
