Cancelling webhosting

I have been trying to cancel one of the webhosting packages that I have for the past 3 months! I keep calling 0800-800-871 and asking for option 2. I speak to somebody, am I told there was a mistake in setting up the new web hosting I bought and all wil be sorted. It's not getting sorted, in my opinion this is effectively theft! Sort of taking legal action I'm not sure what I can do to cancel the webhosting I don't want. Please help me!
