Domain forwarding problem

I've had a similar problem to another member where I couldn't forward a new domain to my regular domain. I phoned tech support and they told me to email details at www.dnsforms.co.uk. I did get a response and something has happened but not in a good way. All I wanted is two new domains forwarded, www.stratfordcookshop.co.uk and .com to www.broadwaycookshop.co.uk. I've got 7 other domains which forward to www.broadwaycookshop.co.uk without problem but now nothing works appart from www.stratfordcookshop.co.uk. I get error messages saying:

An error occurred during processing.

Information about this error is available under the number listed below in the log file on the server.

Bei der Bearbeitung ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.

Die Details zu diesem Fehler wurden mit der unten genannter Nummmer in der Protokolldatei auf dem Server hinterlegt.

MissingConfigSection:4C2A7511-4A39-B766-46B0-0A0A33D41CFB

I did email them back but they must close early. Can anyone help please as I could be losing orders.
