Can't order new domain names online

I've been trying since early this am to order new domain names but keep getting the following page error when submitting a request to purchase - can you help plz?:

It sounds like an issue with your browser not liking the code on the page. Try using a different one such as Firefox, or try putting IE8 into compatibility mode.

Dave - as I couldn't wait for your response, I managed (after one & half hours!) to get a tech person on the phone who walked me through exactly what you described. I now need to use Safari to access MyOffice which works perfectly.

I notice that Safari is not one of your recommended browsers - any particular reason for this?

It probably just means that BT haven't tested their site with Safari. I wouldn't worry about it, as most things should work just fine in it.
