But that satisfaction has taken a seriously damaging hit in the nether-regions today.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>On requesting to cancel my £15 per month professional bt hosting package; nothing to do with poor quality or any fault on BT's part, i'm just re-locating abroad; BT have informed me that i don't actually own my domain name (very surprising, seens as i could purchase one today from their website for around £3 - who owns that one?!)&nbsp;and if i cancel my pachage in order to transfer my domain name to another "local" provider, i risk losing it.
