First of all, i have been satisdied with the service BT continues to provide. But that satisfaction has taken a seriously damaging hit in the nether-regions today.

On requesting to cancel my £15 per month professional bt hosting package; nothing to do with poor quality or any fault on BT's part, i'm just re-locating abroad; BT have informed me that i don't actually own my domain name (very surprising, seens as i could purchase one today from their website for around £3 - who owns that one?!) and if i cancel my pachage in order to transfer my domain name to another "local" provider, i risk losing it. This is both a little decieving and frustrating for a company who relies heavily on branding and has built a reputation based on it.

Someone please make my day a little better by telling me that "there's another way", Nat-West stylee!

Any feedback would be very helpful!
