Terms and Conditions aren't there. and how do you access from abroad?

The Ts and Cs link http://business.bt.com/domains-and-web-hosting/web-hosting/eshop/terms/ takes you to a Tel names overview page. It has done this for at least a week (since I purchase the eShop elite).

I was in Norway over the weekend, went to login and couldn't because of a security restriction stating that I had to be in the UK. Anyone know how to fix this? or is it in the terms and conditions of service that I cannot read?
