Remove unwanted hosting, domain forwarding blocked

I have 2 problems.

Firstly I have an unwanted web hosting package which has never been activated but I can find no way of removing it.

What I really wanted was to upgrade this package from standard to adanced, but the series of instructions I followed given by a BT advisor has given me a new advanced package and left me with this unwanted standard package.

How do I remove the unwanted package?

Secondly I have 2 domain names which I want to point to the same hosting package.

The first, www.spectrum-wholesale.co.uk is correctly set up as the primary domain.

I want to forward the second domain name www.spectrumwholesale.co.uk to this same hosting package, but the domain has already been given a www record so I am blocked from changing it. Surely this record should only be allocated when the address is attached to an activated hosting package?

How can I remove this invalid record?

If you email hosting.support@btbroadbandoffice.com, their desk should be able to sort out the hosting package issue for you.
