ACCESSING FTP SERVER FOR BT BUSINESS WEB HOSTING

Despite having spent all day on the forum and help/support I still can't access ftp server for my website. I downloaded Filezilla and can access my free web space using this but for the website I receive message 530 LoGIN INCORRECT. I enter

host ftp. our domain name with the .co.uk on end (no www)

user our domain name again with .co.uk on end ( no www or ftp)

and the password used for logging in to bt website

is this correct?

I've also tried using internet explorer but it stilll won't work.

Any suggestions?

almost.

host i used was ftp://website.co.uk

un : website.co.uk

password i logged into the portal and went to manage webhosting. there is a bit to set the pw for the website there
