If this is a hosted account you may have a tool called "website security" under "security" in your control panel. This will let you set up user names and passwords that have access to particular folders. It will not be a sign in page like you are seeing with Trellix but it will require ask for a user name rather than an email address so it might be a good workaround in this case.

Hi,

I have a members only area of my website with all pages password protected.

The tool allows you to create upto 5 usernames/email addresses with passwords. I have more than five subscribers so can not use individuals email addresses so have set up five user names which I can then give the same username to more than one subscriber.

The logon page shows up asking for an email address which constantly confuses my clients and makes me look unprofessional.

The help says the tools to change the look of the signing in page are within 'site add ons' but I can't find it.

Can anyone offer any advice????
