Pointing Domain to MobileMe? BT Help needed please

I need to point the BT Domain blue.net to my MobileMe published website. I need to change the appropriate fields for the CNAME on Advanced Domain Manager but don't know which one.

The 'www' CNAME. The CNAME for your domain is 'web.me.com'.

Can you help please?

Hi Freds_Dog,

when you go to the DNS settings within the BT Domain is there already a grayed out A record, as if there i would suggest calling through to the Technical Team and asking to speak to DNS, to get your A record Changed (A WWW Records are grayed out by BT by default),

but i have done a check using Allwhois.com and blue.net is hosted using Network Solutions, if thats the case you will need to contact them to make any changes to the domain,

you could always do an URL or Frame forward on the domain,

Advanced Domain Manager screen looks like this. So the type for www is greyed out? Further thoughts?

No problem Freds_Dog,

I belive that would need to be changed by the DNS team, the only way to get through to them (as far as i am aware) is to contact the 0845 600 70 20 technical support team and ask to speak to the DNS team, as there is no way we can change that,
