Assuming you are not using sub webs in your Frontpage install it is usually a good solution to uninstall the server extensions and reinstall them again with the password you want.

You can do this with your Frontpage Manager, usually the top option under Site Builders, choose the "uninstall" tab and then hit next until complete and then choose the "install" tab and add the password you want and hit next until complete. It might take a few minutes but it shouldn't take longer than maybe five minutes.

As far as I know Bt hasn't changed their nameservers, and I did a quick dns lookup as well and it looks like you don't have a zone file provisioned on those name servers. Which is a complex way of saying if you switch to those name servers your site will go down. From what I can see your nameservers are correct the way they are so I wouldn't mess with them if I were in your shoes.
