EasySiteWizard Templates. "the specified site was not found"

I'm trying to create a new website with EasySiteWizard but I get to applying the template and an error message appears saying "the specified site was not found" and now I can't get any further than that. I think I've somehow deleted all the files on my FTP. I'm not sure whether that is the problem. Any help would be appreciated! Thankyou.

Did you manage to get this resolved? If you are still having issues can you please let me know what the domain name is and i can ask one of the team to look at it.
