I can not edit my site

hi iv had this problem for over a month know but haven't had time to post a message..

after selecting my website to edit I wait and it doesn't load up to edit in easysite wizard. I have notice that the look and features have change in easysite wizard over month ago could this be the problem. has it been updated? if so how can I edit my site?

I had the same problem, I changed from using Internet Explorer to Google Chrome and I can get in just about every time now.

I believe this issue would be best handled by technical support. From past experience it sounds like the index.html file of your website is having issues which will cause Easy Site WIzard to not load.

I'd advise that you Contact Us via telephone or Live Chat, you may have an issue which would need to be escalated.
