Has anyone actually had a free review of their new website?

I set up my website (complete agony...never done anything like this before...etc, etc) - and looked forward to my 'free' 15 minute check-up - so I could sort out glitches. It's never happened. I have tried three or four different phone numbers, but none end up with the right people. Any advice on (a) who to contact and (b) whether I've just been unlucky? THANKS!

The free 15 minute consultation is for the BT Consult and Build product. This is where BT Business Web Developers design and build a website for you, or improve your current site. I'm afraid we do not offer a free 15 minute checkup, to see how your website is progressing or point our glitches.

If you post your website address on the forum, I am sure members of the community would be happy to have a look at your site and offer some feedback on it.
