Renewal of Domain Name

I've just tried to renew my .eu domain name but the BT website wouldn't let me. I got the following message after paying for renewal by credit card: "This domain cannot be extended. Your renewal(s) you selected have not been successful."

My domain will expire on 28 Feb 2011 and I tried to renew on 20th January which is well within the 30 day deadline for renewal. Can you help? Thanks!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The easiest and quickest way to each resolution would be to contact Technical Support via telephone in order to resolve this issue.

I have received alerts to renew my domain name

juneaddison.com

I have gone into Manage Domain Names but each time I enter my card details for the renewal payment, the screen freezes with 'do not refresh you browser' I have waited 30 minutes and more and it does not move.

This domain name renews opn 10 February 2017 and I need to keep it.

Please help.

Hi there juneaddison,

what browser are you using?

Could you try a different one say Firefox and try agian?
