Hi,

I need to change the www record in my advanced domain settings in order for the domain redirect to work. It's greyed-out at the moment. Please can a moderator change it for me?

I want to forward:

danismanltd.co.uk

to:

http://home.btconnect.com/danismanltd/

It seems like you do not have a compatible hosting package to fully support DNS management. If you do i suggest contacting BT technical support to resolve your issue

To change where you domain points you would need to configure your zone setting. There is information online to help you with the zone settings in the Domains Centre.

From your post it looks like you are trying to change the 'www' record to point your domain to your free webspace provided by BT Business. There is help online and information on frame and url forwarding that may help you with this.

If the zone settings are grayed out, or will not let you change them you will need to Contact the Domain Team.
