      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you still have access to the webspace, start up FTP and delete the files from the /public/ folder, including any subfolders.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't have access, &lt;A href="http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/contact/cj_cat/1995#s=ImNhdD0xOTk1LDIzMTZ8Zm9ybV9zdGF0ZT0wIg.." target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;contact support&lt;/A&gt; and ask them to do it.&lt;/P&gt;
