    <description>&lt;P&gt;It might only take a moment to do but why don't the Mods/Admins get their collective heads together and rename this forum BT Business Forum rather than BT Community Forum which is EXACTLY what the BT residental forum is called. Then you might have more time to help genuine BT Business customers or would that be too much customer service?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
