Not possible to close account without BT business number?

I want to close account, but I cannot contact BT because I have only web hosting service hence no phone number. How can i do it? I'm getting upset.

I beleive you need to contact the BT customer options team, I found this link Contact Us | BT Business Contact Numbers | BT Business which explains how to contact them.

As the other post explains, you need to contact the Customer Options Team to close your account. This can be done online through Close Your Account.

The Livechat and the online form require a contact number, this can be a mobile or your home number. It is just so we can call you if we need to confirm anything.
